WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to most states within the US states except Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Given the nature of our product, we are not able to accept returns. Please reach out to cheers@momjuicewine.com if you have any questions about your order or if your order did not arrive correctly. We want to make sure all your bottles made it there in a safe condition!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days during non-holiday periods as you can expect delays.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your next glass of happy while it's on the way.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Yes, you do need to be present to receive the order with a valid ID. If you cannot be home, another adult (doormen, leasing agents, etc.) can sign for you as long as they are over 21!
